The CPS clinic is open for COVID vaccines for persons aged 12 and older on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. SINT MAARTEN (GREAT BAY) - Minister of Public Health, Social Development and Labor (VSA), Richinel Brug, has presented the first quarterly update of the NV GEBE Utility Relief Pilot Program, highlighting the program’s early impact in supporting vulnerable households across Sint Maarten. The pilot program, launched in December 2025, was designed to help reduce the financial burden of electricity and water costs for residents facing economic hardship. During its first three months of operation, the program has already provided consistent and measurable relief to hundreds of households. SINT MAARTEN (GREAT BAY) - The St. Maarten Civil Aviation Authority (SMCAA) reminds residents, visitors, and commercial operators that all drone flights within designated No-Fly Zones (NFZs) require prior authorization from the Authority. The reminder comes as part of the ongoing “Respect the Sky” safety campaign to promote responsible drone operations and protect airspace safety. Under national aviation safety provisions, drone operators must first determine whether their intended flight area falls within a No-Fly Zone by consulting the official NFZ map.
