SPECIAL FEATURE:At 5:00 am today, Tropical Storm Otto was located about 1550 miles west-southwest of St. Maarten with maximum sustained winds near 60 mph. This system poses no threat to St. Maarten; however the Meteorological Department of St. Maarten will continue to monitor its progress.
