SYNOPSIS: 

A strong surface high pressure over the Central Atlantic continues to generate breezy conditions across the region. These strong winds accompanied by low level moisture will continue to push shallow clouds and showers over the local area. Consequently, occasional cloudiness with frequent passing showers are expected.
Seas will remain rough due to the high wind speeds. As a result, small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to be vigilant especially in the northern and eastern waters.
