SYNOPSIS: 

Brisk winds associated with the strong Atlantic high pressure system continues to push moisture and shallow clouds across the region. As a result, occasional cloudiness with passing showers are expected over the local area.
Rough seas will persist as a result of the high wind speeds. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to be continue being vigilant and use caution, especially in the northern and eastern waters.
