SYNOPSIS: 

A surface to upper level trough is increasing the moisture and instability across the region. It is expected to generate cloudy periods and scattered showers, some of which may be heavy over the local area during this forecast period. Meanwhile, the Atlantic high pressure system will maintain brisk winds. 
Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue being vigilant and using caution, especially in the northern and eastern waters as seas will remain rough.
