SYNOPSIS:

Cloudiness and showers across the northeast Caribbean is expected to gradually move westward tonight. Consequently, a more stable atmosphere is expected over the local area bytomorrow.
Seas will remain moderate tonight however, it is anticipated that as wind speeds increase bytomorrow sea conditions will begin to deteriorate. As a result, a small craft advisory will be in effect as of 6 a.m. tomorrow. Therefore, small craft operators and sea bathers should be vigilant.
