Tonight through Monday evening: Northeasterly with a gentle to moderate breeze of 10 to 18 mph with a higher gust possible. 

SYNOPSIS:       

The weakening Atlantic high-pressure ridge will account for decreasing winds and subsiding seas. Meanwhile, supporting a dry and stable atmosphere across the region. A few brief passing showers are possible as low-level clouds are transported across the local area.  

The slackening pressure gradient reducing winds will result in diminishing seas from overnight. Consequently, the Small Craft Warning for St. Maarten is hereby cancelled.Nevertheless, small craft operators and sea bathers should continue exercising caution as swells up to 7 feet are expected during the next  

24 hours.
