SYNOPSIS:       

The dominant Atlantic high-pressure ridge will maintain a stable atmosphere, which will restrict precipitation across the region.   

Seas are expected to peak at 8 feet due to long period northeasterly swells. Consequently, high surf and small craft advisories are now in effect for St. Maarten until further notice. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue exercising caution.
