A relatively stable atmosphere and low moisture levels will continue to restrict precipitation. The Atlantic high-pressure system will generate mostly moderate winds across the region.   

Seas will remain above normal. Therefore, the small craft advisory remains in effect for St. Maarten. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution.
