SYNOPSIS:        

The Atlantic high-pressure ridge is the dominant feature across the region. Additionally, a dry and stable atmosphere will restrict precipitation across the local area. 

Long period northerly swells will account for rough seas during this forecast period. Thereafter, a gradual improvement is predicted. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution given the small craft advisory remains in effect for St. Maarten.
