SYNOPSIS:    

The Atlantic high-pressure system will continue to generate moderate easterly winds across the region. Shallow cloud patches drifting with the wind flow may trigger a brief shower over the local area.  

Seas will remain slight to moderate during the next few days. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.

WAVES/SWELLS: 5 to 7 feet  

SPECIAL FEATURES:  The Meteorological Department of St. Maarten will continue to monitor the situation with La Soufriere volcano and update the public accordingly.
