SYNOPSIS:      

Available moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave and an upper-level trough will increase the probability of showers and thunderstorms across the region, particularly after midnight tonight.  

Marine conditions will be slight to moderate for the next few days.  

STATE OF THE SEA:  Slight to Moderate       WAVES/SWELLS: 3 to 5 feet 

SPECIAL FEATURES: The strong tropical wave located over the far eastern tropical Atlantic is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Development, if any, of this system should be slow to occur during the next several days due to marginally conducive environmental conditions.
