SYNOPSIS:   

Lingering moisture associated with the recent passage of Tropical Storm Grace could trigger brief isolated showers during the early part of this forecast period. Thereafter, the atmosphere will gradually become drier and more stable, thus limiting shower activity. Additionally, the Atlantic high-pressure system will maintain gentle to moderate winds. 

Seas are gradually subsiding, peaking near 7 feet. As such, the small craft advisory has been canceled. Small craft operators and sea bathers are advised to maintain caution.

WAVES/SWELLS: 5 to 7 feet  

SPECIAL FEATURES: 
At 5:00pm, the center of Tropical Storm Grace was located about 285 miles west-southwest of St. Maarten. Grace no longer poses any direct threat to St. Maarten. 

OUTLOOK through Tuesday evening: Partly cloudy brief local showers possible.
