SPECIAL FEATURE:
At 5:00pm the center of Tropical Storm Dolly was located approximately 1520 miles southeast of St. Maarten, with winds near 40 mph and moving westward near 24 mph. Dolly is forecast to degenerate to a tropical wave before reaching the Leeward islands. Currently, TS Dolly poses NO DIRECT THREAT to St. Maarten.
