SYNOPSIS: 

An increase in moisture and instability associated with an approaching tropical wave will account for shower activity tomorrow. Thereafter, a drier and more stable air mass will follow and restrict significant shower activity again.
Seas are expected to remain slight to moderate during the next few days.

STATE OF THE SEA:  Slight to moderate       WAVES/SWELLS: 3 to 5 feet

SPECIAL FEATURE: A tropical wave located west of the Lesser Antilles is beginning to show some signs of organization. Environmental conditions appear to be favorable for additional development, and a tropical depression could form on Wednesday. This system has a high (80%) chance of development during the next 48 hours. Nevertheless, this system poses no threat to St. Maarten.
