SYNOPSIS: 

The tropical wave affecting the Eastern Caribbean will continue to cause showers and breezy conditions over the local region. Some of these showers may be heavy at times and street-flooding is possible. Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and rock falls should exercise caution.

Seas are peaking near 6 feet, and expected to continue subsiding. Small craft operators and beach goers are advised to maintain caution.

STATE OF THE SEA: Moderate       WAVES/SWELLS: 4 to 6 feet

SPECIAL FEATURE:  A tropical wave located west of the Lesser Antilles, still has a low chance of formation within the next 2 to 5 days. Regardless of development, this system will continue to cause showers and possible thunderstorms.
