The moist and unstable atmosphere across the local region may produce isolated showers at times during this forecast period.

Seas are forecast to remain slight to moderate during the next few days.

SPECIAL FEATURE:  An area of disturbed weather associated with a tropical wave located about 1000 miles east of the Lesser Antilles is moving toward the northwest. This system has a high chance of becoming a tropical depression within the next day or two. 
The Meteorological Department of St. Maarten will continue to monitor the progress of this system.
