SYNOPSIS: 

A surge of low level moisture forecast to move across the region will increase the chances of showers across the local area during this forecast period. Meanwhile, seas will remain slight for the next few days.

SPECIAL FEATURES:  
At 5pm Tropical Storm Karl was located about 1725 miles east of the Leeward Islands. Karl is moving towards the west near 14 mph. It is expected to maintain this motion for the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds associated with this feature remains near 45 mph.

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Julia is becoming less organized as it continues to meander off of the south eastern coast of the United States.
 
The Meteorological Department of St. Maarten will continue to monitor the progress of these systems.
