Advertiser and advertising agencies assume liability for all contents of advertisements printed and for all claims arising therefrom against the Publisher.
The Publisher shall not be liable for damages arising out of errors in advertisements beyond the amount paid for the space actually occupied by such advertisements, whether or not such errors be the fault of the Publisher. Likewise the Publisher shall not be liable for non-insertion of any advertisement.
All advertisement charges must be pre-paid in full.
All advertising content is subject to the approval, revisions or rejection by the Publisher.
The Publisher reserves the right to insert the word "advertisement" above or below any paid editorial "advertorial" copy submitted.
