Prime Organizes The 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Drive

SINT MAARTEN (COLE BAY) – This has been a trying year for the world, Prime Distributors said in a press statement on Thursday. The effects of a pandemic and the economic crisis cannot be ignored. As we enter the last month of the year, it is imperative for businesses to come together and provide support where and how we can within our community.

We understand that Corporate & Social responsibility still remains an essential part of our society and although business might not be blooming as we are accustomed to for this time of the year. We are still thankful to the community for helping us in maintaining our doors open and our staff employed.

Prime Distributors is happy and proud to have been able to organize the Second Annual Thanksgiving Drive. Thankfully brands / suppliers like Nestle, Nabisco, Kraft, Maggi, Hunts, Kellogg’s, E.J. Gallo & P&G continued to enable us to organize a Thanks Giving Drive for the neighborhood of Cay Bay, Dutch Quarter and the Philipsburg area. We were able to distribute over 150 Thanks Giving packages filled with different consumer products.

Holidays are meant for families / communities to come together, and create memories and what better way to do this than by sharing. Today’s economy is challenging and we know that although we cannot give a helping hand to everyone, it is our goal to contribute in any possible way.

We would like to encourage the rest of our business community to contribute any way that they can. Our community has been a key factor during these trying times in helping us maintain a functional economy.
